Title: Peach 'n Cream Colada

4		Fresh California peach
1	c	Pineapple juice
1/2	c	Cream of coconut
2	ts	Rum extract
15		Ice cubes
4		Peach slice

In blender or food processor, blend quartered peaches until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except peach slices and blend until slushy. Pour into glasses and decorate rim with peach slice. Serve immediately. Note: Cream of coconut can be found in most liquor stores or in some grocery gourmet sections.
